Rameshwar Mahavidyalaya, Muzaffarpur :

Rameshwar Mahavidyalaya, Muzaffarpur, is a constituent unit of Babasheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

It was established due to the collaborative effort of professionals under the leadership of Shri Nitishwar Singh who was the son of great visionary Shri Rameshwar Singh, with a view to impart education to the underprivileged sections of society.

It was established in the year 1965 for imparting UG education. It was recognised and approved by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi, under section 2(f) and 12 (B) on the 1st January 1980.

In the beginning, the college ran in Mukherjee Seminary and later on shifted to its own campus at Sikandarpur Kundal, Muzaffarpur.

To provide quality higher education to the forthcoming generation in the semi-urban society.

Mission

To create and promote cultural, ecological and environmental awareness among the students.
